Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements :
Proven experience in Sales or outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Search for new client leads.
Manage relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone, email , social networks, events, etc.).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Must have a UAE Drivers License
