Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master s a plus).
Minimum 3 5 years of proven sales experience in the leisure segment within hospitality.
Strong network of travel trade partners, tour operators, and agencies (local & international).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into business opportunities.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian) is a big plus and preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, Opera/Delphi, and CRM systems.
Flexibility to travel for trade shows, sales missions, and client visits.
