Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cranes, lifesaving equipment in maritime industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
