Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your role is to support the F&B leadership in optimizing sales and marketing processes. You will focus on driving revenue through walk-ins, group bookings, loyalty programs, partnerships, corporate accounts, and Shangri-La Circle guests. You will also develop and implement strategies to promote offerings, enhance guest engagement, and strengthen the division s local presence.
Key Responsibilities
Secure and nurture relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and high-profile guests to drive bookings and revenue. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase walk-in customers, group bookings, and participate in loyalty programs. Proactively seek partnerships and collaborations to expand the F&B division's reach and market presence. Actively promote the F&B division's offerings and enhance its brand image in the local community. Effectively manage and leverage the Shangri-La guest database for targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
About You
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales manager role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector. A degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing is desirable but not essential. A high school diploma and relevant experience are a must. Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve revenue targets and has sound understanding of the local market and competitor landscape. Familiarity with F&B operations, sales strategies, and marketing techniques. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. People-oriented, Outgoing, and self-motivated with a proactive approach. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
