Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales of the company’s chemical additives in the local market.
Conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies and plans.
Drive business growth through client acquisition, contract negotiations, and payment collection.
Promote and expand collaborative chemical products within the paper industry.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
Solid understanding of the chemical additives market, especially within the local paper industry.
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the chemical additives industry.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and market expansion skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
