Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute real estate sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Generate qualified leads, conduct property presentations, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options and investment plans.
  • Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes.
  • Update CRM systems, maintain accurate client records, and track sales performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to enhance client experience.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must have proven real estate sales experience in the UAE, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Must be target-driven, well-presented, knowledgeable about market trends, and capable of converting leads into successful property deals.
