Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Manager at The Luxury Real Estate will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Should be able to manage a team of 20 Real Estate Agents.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
