Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, ensuring targeted revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a diverse sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through regular training and motivational initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a leadership role within the relevant industry.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional revenue growth capabilities.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
