Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for steel pipes and sections that align with company objectives, ensuring targeted revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market, adjusting tactics accordingly.
- Implement effective sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency, accountability, and customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and innovations, adapting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in a leadership role within the relevant industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional revenue growth capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong networking skills, capable of building lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.
