Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Market Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets including automotive, industrial, marine, and commercial sectors.

· Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

· Sales Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Distribution Network Management:
Develop and manage distributors and dealers within assigned territories to drive lubricant sales volume and brand penetration.

· Lead Generation & Conversion:
Conduct cold calls, site visits, and sales meetings to generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.

· Technical & Product Support:
Provide product knowledge, technical support, and application advice to customers where required.

· Competitor & Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

· Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.

· Cross-functional Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics, finance, technical, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order execution and service delivery.

· Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients while ensuring alignment with company profitability goals.

· Compliance & Ethics:
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in business dealings.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 3-5 years lubricants industry experience a must.
