Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own sales performance across active funnels (inbound leads from paid + organic).
Lead and manage a remote sales team across multiple countries (daily targets, coaching, accountability).
Improve pipeline execution: speed to lead, qualification, objections handling, show rate, close rate.
Implement and optimize CRM workflows: pipeline stages, lead routing, automation triggers, reporting.
Build SOPs for sales: scripts, call frameworks, WhatsApp/DM playbooks, follow-up sequences.
Work with Growth to improve lead quality and conversion: understand traffic sources, funnel stages, and attribution signals.
Track and report weekly: revenue, close rate, conversion by stage, team productivity, blockers.
As corporate services expansion begins: support go-to-market, proposals, pricing logic, and help build a new pipeline and team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-have
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in digital products (education/coaching preferred) or performance-driven online sales.
Strong ability to lead a team remotely: coaching, KPIs, accountability, performance management.
Experience with inbound sales systems: webinar/VSL funnels, WhatsApp, calls, follow-up sequences.
Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
KPI-driven mindset: understands conversion rates, pipeline metrics, CAC/LTV fundamentals.
Confident English communication (additional languages are a plus).
Strong Advantage (Preferred)
Solid knowledge of performance marketing / media buying (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and how ad traffic impacts lead quality and sales conversion.
Ability to collaborate with media buyers on: lead quality feedback loops, funnel bottlenecks, offer alignment, and conversion improvement.
Nice-to-have
Experience selling B2B services (marketing, automation, AI, consulting) or building outbound prospecting.
Experience hiring and building sales teams from scratch.
