Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and achieving business targets. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Set individual and team sales targets and track achievements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Oversee negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
Ensure timely collections in coordination with finance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management or senior sales role.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
