Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Define and execute sales strategies, account plans, and market expansion initiatives aligned with Lucidya s growth objectives.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to deal negotiation and closure.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and team productivity through HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and actionable reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align go-to-market efforts, drive customer engagement, and maximize opportunities.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics, driving accountability and continuous improvement across the team.
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship to strengthen team members consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, implementing strategies to accelerate growth.
- Represent the Sales function in cross-functional leadership meetings, contributing to overall business strategy and revenue forecasting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a Customer-Facing role (preferably in B2B SaaS or the tech industry).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp and summarize customer needs.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to managing follow-ups and tasks.
- Positive, coachable, and driven by results and impact.
- Previous experience in inbound SDR or marketing-generated lead qualification.
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry and its sales cycles.
- Understanding of the GCC business environment.
