Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new lighting project opportunities within assigned territories, focusing on high-value projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key architects, designers, contractors, and end-users to influence lighting specifications.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals, showcasing the unique benefits and value of our lighting solutions.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the lighting industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
At least 2–3 years of progressive sales experience in the UAE lighting industry.
Strong understanding of lighting technologies, including LED systems, and their applications in both commercial and residential environments.
Experience with Dialux and lux level calculations for project design and technical support.
Established connections with interior designers, architects, manufacturers, and key clients, supported by a solid database of contacts within the lighting and home automation sectors.
Proven experience collaborating with leading lighting and home automation manufacturers and suppliers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
