Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We invite experienced professionals to join our Lubricants team, play a vital role in driving our sales success
- Develops business plans, sales processes, and strategies for the market that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Obtains high-level expertise and competitive advantages of Branded and Unbranded lubricant products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the lubricants market.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the customers regarding product specifications and applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication in English, both written & spoken (Arabic is an advantage)
- Should have good exposure to Lead generation & Export sales.
- Should have good knowledge of lubricant technical formulation.
