Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and business partners to drive repeat and referral business.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with marketing and project development teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate and close high-value sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the sales process.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and emerging trends.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market insights to inform strategy.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
