Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and business partners to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project development teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the sales process.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and emerging trends.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market insights to inform strategy.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
