Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day performance of Senior Property Consultants, Telesales, and Sales Support teams.
• Ensure Senior Property Consultants effectively manage a healthy mix of direct sales, broker relationships, and investor engagement.
• Monitor lead distribution, follow-up standards, response SLAs, and pipeline progression to maximize conversion.
• Run daily/weekly sales huddles and conduct weekly performance reviews and monthly target evaluations.
• Provide hands-on support to close high-value, complex, or strategic deals as needed.
• Ensure correct and consistent application of pricing, inventory availability, payment plans, and internal sales policies.
• Serve as the first escalation point for sales challenges, resolving issues before escalating to the Sales Director.
• Partner closely with Marketing to improve lead quality, align campaign schedules, and track conversion performance.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline across the team, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and adherence to the sales process.
• Support project launches through broker briefings, sales events, and on-site activities as required.
