Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize property sales and revenue generation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting through to closing and post-sales support.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales objectives.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6–9 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Mandatory experience working with a reputable property development company, real estate developer, real estate agency, or brokerage firm.
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas for high-value properties.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and sales negotiation techniques.
Experience managing off-plan, residential, commercial, or mixed-use property sales is highly preferred.
