Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate consultants

  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company goals

  • Drive primary (off-plan) and/or secondary (resale & leasing) market sales

  • Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, and UAE real estate laws

  • Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and lead follow-ups

  • Coach and train agents on closing techniques, negotiations, and compliance

  • Handle key client negotiations and high-value transactions

  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and investors

  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management

  • Track market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and inventory movement
