Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the Travel Agency sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and leading strategic business initiatives to expand market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate and individual customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, packages, and partnerships with travel suppliers and clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine business strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in sales within the Travel Agency/Travel & Tourism sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent networking abilities and market knowledge of the UAE travel industry.
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships and client trust.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
