Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to head our Travel & Tourism sales operations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team, achieving sales targets, developing strategies to increase revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the travel sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Promote and oversee sales of holiday packages, tours, flights, hotels, and visa services.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Negotiate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) for competitive deals.
Ensure high standards of customer service and client relationship management.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of proven sales experience in the Travel & Tourism industry, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and booking systems.
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reservation systems.
Languages: English (mandatory); Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam (an advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
