Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the UAE vape market, especially in B2C sales, social media marketing, and customer growth.
This is a performance-driven role where income is directly linked to sales results, customer acquisition, and market expansion ability.
If you understand the vape industry, know how to build consumer sales networks, and are familiar with social media growth strategies, this is a strong long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2C sales growth across the UAE vape market
Acquire customers through TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
Build, train, and manage promoter and part-time sales teams
Increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and repeat purchases
Develop both online and offline consumer sales channels
Manage communities, memberships, and customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales and growth targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years UAE vape industry experience
Strong understanding of B2C sales and customer acquisition
Familiar with social media marketing and content-driven sales
Experience managing sales promoters or part-time teams is a plus
Fluent English required
Self-motivated, aggressive, and result-oriented
