Sales & Marketing Manager Five Iron Golf Qatar

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue generation and brand growth ahead of launch and through ongoing operations. This role is critical to building awareness, driving memberships, securing corporate partnerships, and positioning Five Iron Golf as a must-visit destination in Qatar.

Sales & Partnerships

• Drive memberships, group bookings, leagues, and corporate events

• Build relationships with corporates, golf club, golf societies, schools, and other lifestyle communities

• Develop sponsorships and strategic partnerships with brands

• Manage sales pipeline, proposals, and closing

Marketing & Brand

• Lead local marketing strategy aligned with global Five Iron standards

• Work in partnership with UAE and Global marketing team

• Manage digital marketing, social media, and launch campaigns

• Coordinate with local influencers for brand promotion

• Oversee general content creation, promotions, and CRM initiatives

Launch & Growth

• Execute pre-opening sales and marketing strategy

• Launch early bird membership program

• Plan and deliver launch evening and VIP previews

• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns

• Collaborate closely with operations and F&B teams
