Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling fragrance and cosmetic products to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and customers to ensure product visibility and placement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on fragrance and cosmetic products to customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant diploma may also be considered.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetic industry, with proven sales success.
Demonstrated knowledge of fragrance and cosmetic products, including their ingredients, benefits, and applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
