Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging customers and driving product sales, focusing on skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and personalized consultations to clients, offering tailored recommendations to meet their individual needs.
  • Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare routines, educating customers on product application and benefits to enhance their experience.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Cosmetology or a related field is a plus.

  • Possess a strong understanding of cosmetic products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance.

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry, showcasing ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
