Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales, volume, and distribution targets within the designated territory.
  • Manage and expand business across retail, wholesale, and HoReCa channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and trade partners.
  • Ensure optimal product visibility, merchandising standards, and in-store execution in line with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute trade promotions, sampling activities, and market activation initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Track secondary sales, manage stock levels, and submit regular market intelligence and performance reports.
  • Identify and onboard new outlets, regions, and customer segments to support business expansion within the UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3 5 years of FMCG sales experience (experience in food commodities is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of trade channels, distributor management, and market execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with basic reporting capabilities.
