Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales, volume, and distribution targets within the designated territory.
- Manage and expand business across retail, wholesale, and HoReCa channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and trade partners.
- Ensure optimal product visibility, merchandising standards, and in-store execution in line with brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute trade promotions, sampling activities, and market activation initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Track secondary sales, manage stock levels, and submit regular market intelligence and performance reports.
- Identify and onboard new outlets, regions, and customer segments to support business expansion within the UAE.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of FMCG sales experience (experience in food commodities is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of trade channels, distributor management, and market execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with basic reporting capabilities.
