Sales & Client Acquisition

• Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
• Understand clients needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants.

Market Research & Reporting

• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and property listings in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
