Roles & Responsibilities

Power Lease Motorcycle Rental is expanding! We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with strong B2B and fleet leasing experience to drive growth in our motorcycle leasing division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business for motorcycle leasing (corporate & fleet clients)

  • Develop partnerships with delivery companies, logistics firms, and SMEs

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets

  • Prepare leasing proposals, quotations, and contracts

  • Negotiate pricing and long-term lease agreements

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in leasing, automotive, or fleet sales

  • Strong B2B sales background (delivery/logistics sector preferred)

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills

  • Valid driving license

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

  2. Flexibility to work across all Emirates

  3. 1–3 years of field sales experience (automobile/leasing)

  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  5. Target-oriented and self-motivated
