Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and dedicated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a "market hunter" with a deep understanding of the local UAE business landscape and a proven track record in B2B office equipment (printers and photocopiers) sales. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint by identifying new prospects while nurturing our long-standing client relationships.
Client Acquisition: Dominate the market by actively hunting, qualifying, and closing new corporate accounts, SMEs, and government entities through cold outreach and strategic field visits.
Consultative Solution Selling: Analyze client print volumes, workflows, and budgets to architect the ideal hardware solution—leveraging both cutting-edge new equipment and high-quality refurbished assets.
Commercial Closures & Contracts: Command the full sales cycle from initial pitch to final signature. You will draft proposals and negotiate high-value deals across hardware sales, structured rentals, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Deep Account Farming: Serve as the primary growth advisor for our legacy clients, maximizing recurring revenue through strategic upgrades, spare parts, and consumable (toner) supply.
Competitive Intelligence: Keep your pulse on the UAE office automation sector, tracking competitor movements and tech shifts to keep our value proposition ahead of the curve.
Pipeline Command: Maintain strict hygiene of your sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and client touchpoints within the company CRM.
Desired Candidate Profile
Industry Expertise: Minimum 3 years of direct experience selling photocopiers and printers in the UAE market.
Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with major brands (e.g., Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Sharp) and their technical specifications.
Local Network: A strong existing database of corporate clients in Dubai or the Northern Emirates is highly preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to speak Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a significant advantage in the multicultural UAE market.
Personality: A dedicated "self-starter" with a professional demeanor and the resilience to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this field-based role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
