Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and manage counter sales of AC spare parts.
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a polite and professional manner.
Prepare invoices, quotations, and receipts using Tally Prime.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up for repeat sales.
Assist in packing goods and keeping the shop clean and organized.
Update stock records and ensure product display is maintained.
Cooperate with other staff and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent in Hindi (English is a plus).
Experience in HVAC / AC spare parts / electrical trading preferred.
Knowledge of Tally Prime or basic computer skills.
Should be based in UAE or on a visit visa and ready to join immediately.
Punctual, hardworking, and customer-friendly attitude.
Willing to work 6 days a week (Sunday off).
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Salary: AED 2,200 – 3,200 (based on experience).
Visa and accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
