Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and follow up on sales leads in the education and corporate training sector.

  • Promote and sell safety and professional development courses to individual and corporate clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on performance.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create effective sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or corporate training sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Professional attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

  • Knowledge of safety training programs is an advantage.
