Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Growth

* Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue objectives across assigned retail banking products.
* Focus on **New-to-Bank** customer acquisition while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
* Conduct detailed field visits and prepare comprehensive customer analyses and reports.
* Leverage cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per customer.
* Maintain accurate and timely Daily Sales Reports for management review.

Customer Relationship Management

* Deliver exceptional customer experience during onboarding and throughout the relationship cycle.
* Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services transparently.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
* Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Uphold FAB s customer-first values by maintaining service excellence at every interaction.

Compliance and Risk Control

* Ensure strict adherence to FAB s **KYC**, compliance, and operational procedures.
* Follow prescribed sales and audit processes to maintain satisfactory risk and governance ratings.
* Participate in fraud control, documentation verification, and client application reviews to safeguard bank interests.
* Identify and escalate potential risk areas promptly to management.

Learning and Development

* Actively participate in FAB s training and professional development programs to enhance product and sales expertise.
* Stay informed about competitor offerings, market trends, and new banking technologies.
* Contribute ideas for process improvements and product enhancements.
* Take ownership of personal growth and skill advancement through continuous learning.

Internal Collaboration

* Coordinate with internal departments credit, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth client onboarding.
* Maintain clear communication with team leaders and managers to align goals and resolve challenges.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* 2 4 years of experience in retail banking or financial services sales.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth understanding of banking products, credit evaluation, and customer onboarding processes.
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
