Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team’s efficiency and ensuring smooth operations between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate /Entry Level who wants to gain hands-on experience in sales analytics, operations, and tech-enabled business processes.
You’ll learn how technology, data, and process optimization drive growth in a B2B marketplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with daily operational tasks, including quotation creation, pricing updates, and order follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Airtable).
  • Assist in onboarding new suppliers and ensuring their product catalogs are properly uploaded to the platform.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports (sales volume, conversion rates, order fulfillment, etc.).
  • Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Monitor lead pipeline and help track progress across different sales stages.
  • Contribute ideas to improve internal tools, dashboards, and processes.
  • Support pricing and margin analysis for different material categories.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
