The CRM Manager (Sales Operations Manager) ger (is responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes to support sales, optimizing sales processes, documentation, reporting, and overall operational efficiency within the sales operations function. This role ensures that sales teams and brokers are supported with accurate data, automation of workflows, and real-time reporting, timely processing, compliant documentation, and smooth coordination throughout the sales cycle. The position is central to enabling effective decision-making, improving conversion rates, and ensuring compliance with DLD/RERA regulations. Ensure timely issuance of SPA, Reservation Form, Oqood Registrations,

Title Deeds, etc. Ensure registration of sold units with Dubai Land Department (DLD) through the Oqood system. Track registration status and follow up with DLD on pending applications. Generate and issue Oqood Certificates to buyers. Ensure Oqood compliance with DLD regulations and timelines.
