Sales Operations Manager A Sales Operations Manager in the GCC region plays a vital role in bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution. Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales operations to ensure company sales goals are met efficiently.
  • Develop and optimize sales processes tailored for the GCC market landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and operations.
  • Analyze sales data for insights and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Implement tools and technologies that enhance sales team productivity.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication competencies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within the GCC region is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
