Sales Operations Manager A Sales Operations Manager in the GCC region plays a vital role in bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution. This role demands a structured mind capable of analyzing sales data to enhance performance. The successful candidate will foster collaboration across departments, ensuring streamlined operations from the planning phase through to the post-sales analysis. The interplay of leadership, innovation, and analytical skills will be essential in driving the sales team towards achieving their targets. With an eye for detail and a deep understanding of the GCC market landscape, this individual will contribute to optimizing sales processes and championing process improvements. Through data analytics, strategic insights, and a people-first approach, they will empower the sales team to deliver outstanding results while nurturing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales operations to ensure company sales goals are met efficiently.
- Develop and optimize sales processes tailored for the GCC market landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and operations.
- Analyze sales data for insights and recommend strategies for growth.
- Implement tools and technologies that enhance sales team productivity.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
- Assist in the creation of sales forecasts and budgets analysis.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive effective change initiatives.
- Lead the sales operations team, providing training and mentorship as needed.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track sales operations performance.
- Conduct pricing strategy analysis to ensure competitiveness in the GCC market.
- Coordinate and support the development and deployment of sales incentives.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication competencies.
- Proven ability to work effectively within the GCC region is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
