Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new leads and business opportunities for AC maintenance, electrical, plumbing, painting, handyman, and technical services.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers and maintenance contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property management companies, and corporate customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Manage day-to-day company operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Assign jobs to technicians and monitor work progress.
Coordinate with technical teams and follow up on job completion.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality service.
Monitor team performance and operational efficiency.
Support business growth and achieve company sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Technical Services, Maintenance, HVAC, MEP, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, and operations management.
Strong knowledge of the UAE technical services market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Own visa preferred.
