Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects are accurately recorded in the CRM, including all supporting information needed for billing and collections.
- Manage the sales order control process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timely generation of orders.
- Handle the registration of new clients for X clients.
- Ensure the Sales Team operates in compliance with company policies, maintaining proper documentation for each project.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate closely with Credit Risk teams to support risk assessment and mitigation.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams across global regions.
- Manage high volumes of emails, requests, and reporting, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
- You re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 3 years of experience in Salesforce, Sales Administration, Collections, Billing, or Finance departments.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM or workflow tools is a plus (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).
