Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth of Calcium Carbonate paint products by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the target market segments, focusing on high-value projects and key accounts.
  • Lead product development initiatives, from conceptualization to launch, by researching market trends, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with the R&D team to create innovative paint formulations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and channel management.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, providing technical support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required, providing a strong foundation in material science and paint technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales and product development within the paint or coatings industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated experience with Calcium Carbonate paint formulations and applications, showcasing a deep understanding of product characteristics and performance.
  • Strong technical skills in paint formulation, testing, and analysis, reflecting the ability to develop innovative and high-performing paint products.
