Mandatory details/Skills-

• Develop Fundraising Strategies: Plan, organize, and implement campaigns to raise funds for the organization’s projects and programs.
• Donor Identification & Outreach: Research and identify potential donors, sponsors, or funding organizations (corporates, HNIs, foundations, government grants).
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners to ensure continued support.
• Event Management: Organize fundraising events, charity drives, galas, or online campaigns to attract contributions.
• Grant Writing & Proposals: Draft persuasive grant applications, sponsorship proposals, and partnership pitches.
• Digital Fundraising: Manage crowdfunding, social media campaigns, and online giving platforms.
• Budget & Reporting: Track donations, prepare reports, and ensure transparency in fund utilization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and program teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
