- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively promoting products and driving customer purchases.
- Maintain an impeccable and inviting store display, ensuring products are always accessible and appealing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation for success.
Holds a relevant beauty certification (e.g., makeup artistry, skincare), showcasing specialized knowledge.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry, proving hands-on expertise.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.
