Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively engage customers, providing personalized skincare consultations and recommending suitable products based on their needs and skin concerns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively demonstrating product features, benefits, and usage techniques to drive customer purchases.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends to provide informed and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Create visually appealing and organized product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is presented attractively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is a plus.

  • Prior experience in skincare sales or retail, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Possesses certifications in skincare or cosmetology from reputed institutes.

  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in the beauty or skincare industry, preferably with a premium brand.
