Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Promoter to join our team within the cosmetics sector. The ideal candidate will possess a charismatic personality with a passion for beauty products and an inherent ability to connect with customers. As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting and informing potential buyers about the exciting product offerings and benefits we provide. Your role is pivotal in increasing sales through direct engagement with customers, offering product demonstrations, and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business. Your ability to articulate product benefits and tailor them to customer needs will be immensely beneficial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in order to highlight the features and benefits of cosmetic products.
- Conduct and manage product demonstrations to attract and inform potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail store staff to optimize product placements.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cosmetic products accordingly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and report back to sales managers.
- Stay informed about new products and cosmetic trends to provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock rotation efficiently in stores.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to expand our market presence.
- Create and maintain an attractive and organized product display area in stores.
- Explain product promotions, offers, and discounts to encourage sales growth.
- Operate within a defined budget for promotional activities to maximize impact.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cosmetics sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and manage multiple tasks.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a retail environment.
- Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products will be a distinct advantage.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
