Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively, showcasing mobile devices and plans with enthusiasm, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Master product knowledge, including specifications, functionalities, and competitive advantages of various mobile phones and accessories to address customer queries effectively.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Possesses relevant certifications in sales or customer service, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- Has a minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the mobile phone industry.
- Demonstrates strong familiarity with mobile phone brands, models, and operating systems.
