Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to represent our range of skincare, cosmetics, and baby care products across supermarkets and co-operative stores in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to engage customers and drive product awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and demonstrate products to customers in supermarkets and co-ops

  • Provide detailed information about skincare, cosmetics, and baby care items

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

  • Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked

  • Build strong relationships with store staff and customers

  • Report sales performance and customer feedback to the management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in retail sales or as a promoter (FMCG/cosmetics preferred)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Presentable and well-groomed personality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Flexible to work across different store locations and shifts

Preferred:

  • Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or baby products

  • Multilingual (English required; Arabic is a plus)

  • Candidates with own visa or spouse visa will be given preference
