Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers with captivating demonstrations of television features, highlighting cutting-edge technology and benefits.
- Drive sales by proactively approaching and assisting customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable television models.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest television technologies, including display types, smart features, and connectivity options.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall store revenue growth and performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships to foster brand loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, demonstrating consistent sales performance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
