Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage potential customers with captivating demonstrations of television features, highlighting cutting-edge technology and benefits.
  • Drive sales by proactively approaching and assisting customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable television models.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest television technologies, including display types, smart features, and connectivity options.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall store revenue growth and performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships to foster brand loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma in marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, demonstrating consistent sales performance.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
