Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order confirmation

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information

  • Source materials and suppliers based on project requirements

  • Request and compare quotations from suppliers for cost-effective purchasing

  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers

  • Prepare purchase orders and track material deliveries

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely supply and project execution

  • Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, and supplier/client communications

  • Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and customer requirements

  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales and procurement activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in sales and procurement/purchasing (preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage both client relationships and supplier coordination

  • Knowledge of the UAE market and supplier network is an advantage

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

  • UAE Driving License is an added advantage
