Job Description: Receptionist – Car Detailing & Automobile Services

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our car detailing and automobile services team. The ideal candidate must have experience in the automobile or car care industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer enquiries, bookings, and basic accounts. Experience with social media content creation is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Welcome customers professionally and guide them regarding PPF, window tinting, ceramic coating, and other detailing services.

  • Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in customers.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain daily booking calendars.

  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and delivery timelines.

  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally.

Administrative & Accounts Support

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and receipts.

  • Coordinate with accountants for monthly statements and petty cash.

  • Maintain customer records and service logs.

  • Follow up on pending payments and customer feedback.

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Capture photos and videos of vehicles before/after service.

  • Assist in creating basic content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

  • Support the marketing team with posting schedules and engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (automobile, car detailing, service centre, or customer service).

  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workshop environment.

  • Basic knowledge of accounts, invoicing, and CRM systems.

  • Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.

  • Comfortable creating simple social media content (photos, reels, captions).
