Position Summary

Uniguest is seeking a Sales & Renewals Coordinator to support the Partner Account Manager, focusing on retaining and growing revenue from existing clients. This role combines good administration experience with strong relationship management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for administrative aspects of the renewal process, ensuring timely renewals and a high renewal rate.
  • Monitor and manage a pipeline of upcoming renewals and renewal opportunities.
  • Ensure all necessary data is accurate and updated in the CRM
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding billing, contract terms, and the renewal process ensuring a strong relationship is built with customers and other internal departments
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts of upcoming renewals and report on key metrics such as renewal rates, churn, and expansion revenue.
  • Customer Advocacy act as a customer advocate, liaising with internal teams such as sales, customer success, and product to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues.
  • Product Knowledge maintain a deep understanding of the company s products and services, keeping clients informed of new features, updates, and innovations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a renewal s assistant role with a focus on renewals and recurring revenue models. Experience in the software, technology, or SaaS industry is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a client-centric mindset. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritise tasks effectively. Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales account management systems.
