Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Selling products and meeting customer needs.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily / monthly sales report.
Keeps management informed about new products for competitors in the market and if any change in prices.
Coordinate between customers and product development department if any comments from the customer.
Provide market feedback to product development to improve product quality
Coordinate with finance on credit limits and risk customers
Coordinate with delivery team for order deliveries and sales data
Collect payment from customer and deposit if required.
Analyze sales trends and recommend corrective actions Flexible to work out-of-hours as the position requires
Any other responsibility assigned by management

Desired Candidate Profile
Computer Literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Familiarity with Sales and Marketing module of any ERP.
University degree with experience in sales of animal feed (prefered sales and marketing).
Minimum 5 years experience in sales of animal feed in UAE market.
Language skills: speaking and writing Arabic and English, as communicating with customers and suppliers speaking Arabic and English
