Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling crushed stones and related aggregates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction materials sales and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.
- Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities in construction, roadwork, and real estate sectors.
- Generating and converting leads to sales of crusher stones, gravel, and related materials.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build long-term relationships.
- Client Management
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Provide feedback and insight into management to support pricing and marketing strategies.
- Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or delivery issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or mining aggregates.
- Strong knowledge of crushed stones, aggregates, and construction industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
