Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling crushed stones and related aggregates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction materials sales and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities in construction, roadwork, and real estate sectors.
    • Generating and converting leads to sales of crusher stones, gravel, and related materials.
    • Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Client Management
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
    • Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
    • Provide feedback and insight into management to support pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Logistics Coordination
    • Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints or delivery issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or mining aggregates.
  • Strong knowledge of crushed stones, aggregates, and construction industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
